No..We will not charge if the flight is delayed.

Yes, we do provide on request basis and min 48 hours before the service commences.
I would like to request a driver speaking my language, is it possible? Or choose a particular chauffeur?
We can provide a driver speaking Russian, English and Arabic. It is also possible to request a driver with a different language but this will be strictly subject to availability and not guaranteed.
Can I change my Pick Up or Return Details after my booking has been processed.
Yes this is possible provided the booking amendment is sent at least 24 hours before a confirmed pick up time.
