  • Will TLT charge me for waiting time if my flight is delayed?

    No..We will not charge if the flight is delayed.

  • Does your company provide a baby seat?

    Yes, we do provide on request basis and min 48 hours before the service commences.

  • I would like to request a driver speaking my language, is it possible? Or choose a particular chauffeur?

    We can provide a driver speaking Russian, English and Arabic. It is also possible to request a driver with a different language but this will be strictly subject to availability and not guaranteed.

  • Can I change my Pick Up or Return Details after my booking has been processed.

    Yes this is possible provided the booking amendment is sent at least 24 hours before a confirmed pick up time.

  • Do children count as passengers?

    Yes

  • How old are your vehicles?

    All of our cars are usually less than 3 years old.

  • Can I charge my phone in the vehicle?

    Yes. Blackberries, iPhones, Samsung, Nokia car-chargers are available.

  • In the event of early arrival of the flight will my chauffeur be waiting?

    Yes, we monitor all arrivals.
